Paint Processor, Reno, NV

Pay: $24.78 - $27.61 based off experience plus $1.00 shift differential

Shift: Evening 4:00pm – 2:30am Monday - Thursday

As a Paint Processor you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

• Paint Mixing: Accurately measure and mix paint according to specified formulas. Conduct quality checks on paint mixtures to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the fulfillment team, to ensure timely delivery of painted components.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage paint inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of materials for production.
• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling and mixing paints, as well as operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a paint mixer or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity and perform work at a level which promotes a positive image of the organization
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proven ability to perform repetitive tasks with high efficiency, with a focus on continuous process and quality improvement
• Must be available to work overtime and some Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 51 pounds
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts, hoists, scales, and other equipment
