Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading execution across client and deal teams. Key responsibilities include partnering with teammates to proactively generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs. Job expectations include delivering banking services to clients, while maintaining in-depth product knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Supports day-to-day client coverage and drives the execution of transactions across internal and external working groups
• Supports origination, opportunity evaluation, and deal execution and works on a broad scope of assignments while growing expertise in industry specialization
• Partners with coverage teams to generate ideas and delivery solutions that meet clients' needs
• Supervises the preparation and execution of final client presentation work products, while supporting the development of pitch book materials for client meetings
• Assists in leading due diligence sessions and execution of live transactions to ensure timetables are met
• Develops and maintains credible client relationships within the client's organization, primarily driven by deal execution or project work
• Serves as the primary point of contact responsible for coordinating information flow and execution of work products with product groups, internal and external legal, tax, accounting, rating agencies, and regulatory parties
