BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $25.00- $27.50 hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Job Type: Full-time, benefits eligible

Pay Rate: $25-27.50/hr (Depending on experience)

Location: Tempe, AZ (100% in office)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform routine payroll tasks with accuracy and consistency.

+ Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete payroll-related activities.

+ Work under close supervision or within clearly defined protocols to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

+ Develop and enhance basic skills to process payroll and related activities effectively.

+ Understand how assigned payroll duties integrate with other team responsibilities to support organizational objectives.

+ Address straightforward payroll issues using existing procedures, escalating complex matters as needed.

+ Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, adhering to strict deadlines.

+ Communicate with team members and employees courteously to resolve payroll inquiries.

+ Operate within a structured environment with limited autonomy, ensuring alignment with established methods and tasks.

+ Ensure the integrity of payroll data by following detailed instructions and established processes

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field highly desired.

+ Minimum 2 years experience.

+ Basic knowledge of payroll processes and related software systems; prior experience in payroll and data entry.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.

+ Ability to follow established procedures and work within clearly defined guidelines.

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle employee inquiries courteously.

+ Basic problem-solving skills to address straightforward payroll issues.

+ Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

+ Ability to work effectively in a structured environment with close supervision.

+ Strong organizational skills to manage time-sensitive tasks and deadlines.

+ A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive payroll data with discretion.
