Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to Sales leadership, customers, and insights into various end markets and the potential for advancement within the company. The position is on-site and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as solid technical and analytical skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts self in a professional manner as a representative of BrandSafway, LLC working effectively in a diverse work environment. Speaks and writes clearly and informatively; Responds well to questions.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner using logic and proposes methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers. Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales in preparing written communication and sales material. Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the Director of Sales.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish relationships at a high level and increase bidding opportunities with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors
  • Accountable for researching and nurturing leads for large infrastructure projects, in new and adjacent market sectors
  • Validate project-specific data; timing, scope, etc., using various data sources.
  • Proactively contact potential clients, coordinate introductory meetings, leveraging BrandSafway’ s products and services
  • Clean, enter and update information within CRM (Salesforce)
  • Provide inside sales support for North America; coordinate internal staff meeting, presentation preparation, coordinate will internal departments through the sales process.
  • Supports coordination with marketing for project announcements and evolution.
  • Assist in developing market analysis plan for North America
  • Develop sales trends analysis based on data to support sales operations.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Completion or near completion of a 4-year college degree program or equivalent from an accredited university, college, or technical school preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and/or business development preferably in construction.
  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience maintaining and updating information within a CRM such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry, access systems and/or San Antonio market is considered an asset but not required
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete a wide variety of assignments with little or no supervision while showing tact and initiative.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and confidence.
  • Ability to effectively work within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Ability to process and manage expense reimbursement.
  • 2 years direct working experience using Microsoft Office Suite which includes Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
