Financial Wellness Relationship Mgr & Program Mgr Associate, WWS - Military Veterans

We're looking for someone who can help drive the growth and retention of corporate clients who have hired UBS to provide a Financial Wellness program for the benefit of their employees; and who can support the management and enhancement of our Financial Wellness program.
Your role:
· Ownership for key Financial Wellness corporate relationships, including conducting regular client meetings as well as owning and driving all aspects of service delivery, client retention and identifying opportunities to expand the corporate relationship.
· Partner with Financial Advisors on corporate client meetings and participant engagement initiatives and ensure they are kept abreast of issues impacting the overall relationship.
· Responsible for creating and maintaining client information in Microsoft Dynamics and leverage firm systems including Alteryx and Tableau to produce regular reporting, monitoring of key metrics and billing information for clients.
· Effectively communicate and present the Financial Wellness offering and act as the key point of contact to resolve any program related inquiries from corporate clients and financial advisors.
· Participate and support sales/RFP efforts as required for new and existing clients.
· Responsible for management of client contract, which may include new or regular review of existing terms, re-negotiations, pricing changes and amendments for product extensions.
· Provide industry guidance and best practices with corporate clients and deliver insights related to participant behavior/activity and corporate benchmarking data.
· Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders (Financial Wellness Program Managers, Financial Wellness Coaches, Legal, Compliance, Supervision, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Technology, external vendors) regarding program related issues and activities.
· Provide support in the execution of program management related tasks, including but not limited to: managing contract review and execution, developing and maintaining marketing resources, supporting platform and service enhancements, conducting pricing and competitive analysis reviews, and developing and maintaining program policies and procedures.
· Support program development projects and strategic initiatives including the analysis of market data and competitor landscape, development and monitoring of project plans and presentations, and stakeholder management.
· Execute administrative and service management related tasks for financial wellness programs and coordinate and participate in sales and platform training sessions when needed.
