You will be supporting Corporate Bank and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Technology teams, The primary businesses that Corporate Bank support are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology support these businesses through Chief Information Officer (CIO) aligned teams and by 'horizontals' such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.

What You'll Do
  • Work for the program director for one or more programs creating and executing the program plan
  • Cooperate with business leaders and technology stakeholders to align technology and product initiatives with business goals to implement global solutions that are scalable, controlled, and secure
  • Communicate, inform, and educate stakeholders about the plan, progress, challenges, and actions (Feel free to be empowered to do what is needed to get the job done and speak up)
  • Support the respective workstreams within the program to deliver, this could mean that you will be working together with teams in for example AFC, Corporate Bank or Private Bank to get unrestricted and controlled data, building requirements to link data between systems as part of the project plan
  • Passionate to document progress, prepare material for stakeholder and management meetings (e.g. Steerco), create actions lists and completeness checks, implementing defined and systematic approach to deliver the goals of the program in line with the budget
  • Contribute to divisional best practices and positive team culture: Continuous improvement developing frameworks, tools, and artefacts to support effective and efficient strategy transformation

  • Clearly and effectively communicate with different teams across a variety of locations and time zones


Skills You'll Need
  • Results-oriented team player and able to drive change within an organization with a hands-on mentality and Program Execution & Transformation experience
  • Clear and effective communicator with different teams with a proven track record of program delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a passion for transformation, innovation, technology, and product development; ability to work in complex stakeholder environments across a variety of locations and time zones and to move diverse group of stakeholders towards a common goal
  • Able to bridge the gap between business and technology, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and to translate business needs into requirements and create value
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technology, product strategy and solutions, actions plans and concrete planning (and budget needs)


Skills That Will Help You Excel
  • Self-starter & Self-motivated
  • Comfort with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint toolset
  • Adaptable and able to shape the future of technology and product
  • Knowledge of corporate bank products, service, technology, and migrations would be a bonus
  • lean six sigma certified


Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
