We’re looking for a Executive Team Assistant to:
• plan, organize and coordinate meetings and travel (including making reservations, managing participant schedules, preparing online/hybrid events, obtaining needed information, etc.)
• support office administration, like ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
• collect and process overtime reports
• administer filing systems both manually and electronically
Detailed salary information :
• La Jolla: the salary range for this role is $80000 to $110000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
