Location: Guthrie, OK (Can also sit in Gonzalez, LA and Houston, TX)
Key Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for maintaining driver information and driver files: Type 3 driver packets, MVR histories, DOT background, Clearing house queries etc.
+ Responsible for submitting and reviewing driver history and approving all new drivers.
+ Duties include managing our True Screen platform for all Matcor DOT drivers.
+ Monitor, review, and maintain all Matcor driver logs in our Geotab system.
+ Reviews all Samsara drivers alerts and coaches employees when needed.
+ Routinely audits projects and equipment to ensure Matcor equipment is DOT compliant.
+ Responsible for running annual motor vehicle reports for all driver’s company wide.
+ Routinely initiate clearing house queries as required by DOT compliance.
+ Oversees and approves administrative processing of paperwork required in disposal of equipment (e.g., title, registration, license, etc.).
+ Reviews equipment maintenance invoices to ensure that proper maintenance was performed.
+ Plans, organizes, and directs the DPS fleet management operations including vehicle and equipment procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal.
+ This position primary responsibilities are to maintaina safe fleet that stays compliant with DOT and FMCSA requirements.Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include maintaining Matcor Compliance systems; Ture Screen data input, Driver qualification packages, FMSCA, annual MVR and clearing house queries.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma
+ Compliance management experience required.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of state/federal environmental laws concerning the operation of DOT vehicles
+ Familiar with fleet service procedures and federal/state laws to manage fleet operations.
+ Proficient with state/federal laws concerning vehicle emissions standards and the handling of hazardous materials to oversee and perform emissions testing, equipment repairs, and the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
+ Understanding of OSHA regulations to ensure safety policies and procedures for fleet service operations.
+ Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment to perform office functions in an efficient manner.
+ Understand operation of vehicles and equipment (e.g., automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, motor homes, forklifts, etc.) to travel to off-site locations or perform road tests.
+ Ability to travel up to 50%.
+ Must hold a valid driver’s license with no driving restrictions.
+ Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a TWIC card.
+ The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Planning and organization skills required to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
+ Strong attention to detail, analysis and problem resolution.
+ Two years direct working experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.

+ While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to sit. The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
