Global Testing Manager, SAP S/4 Implementation - Military Veterans

As the Global Testing Manager, SAP S/4 Implementation, you will be manage all activity related to global testing of the SAP S/4 system throughout all internal deployments and will be a key member of our Connect PPG organization reporting to the Global Integration Director.

You will develop the enterprise global testing strategy with our selected system integrator and influence an experienced team testing solutions prior to all deployments. You will provide management of the program, guidance, and direction to all business super users and program testers. You will have responsibilities over System Integration Testing (including test automation), Performance and Volume/Stress Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead test strategy and approach.




• Develop testing strategy, including types of testing, systems to be used for testing and defining roles & responsibilities related to testing.




• Determine testing tools.




• Work with SAP CoE and data readiness team to ensure testing environments are fully available for each global deployment.




• Lead global test preparation activities.




• Drive test scenario identification across all teams.




• Drive test script preparation across all teams.




• Coordinate test script planning across all teams.




• Lead test execution.




• Monitoring test status and defect status.




• Leading regular test status meetings.




• Manage phase exit criteria reviews for all testing cycles and ensure business unit/region sign off.




• Manage direct team of global employees and guide all super users and S/4 program team during testing phases.




• Work closely with and guide the people readiness team on requirements for employee change, communication and training.




• Work closely with the S/4 leadership team and the deployment organization to ensure any risks are defined and mitigated against.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar; OR equivalent combination of experience, industry knowledge, and training.




• 10+ years' business experience including 2+ years of ERP conversion/testing project related experience in a lead or senior capacity or as a Superuser/Admin.




• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.




• Project Management skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.




• Ability to lead and act as a change agent and think with a long-term business perspective.




• Ability to capture process requirements and translate them into a process document and guide business users through process design.




• Ability to create a collaborative environment and deliver a consensus agreement.




• Strong organizational and influential skills to promote ideas effectively to others.




• Travel domestically/globally ~25%
