Salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 annually/hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create Schedule of values with Project Manager and client

+ Create, post and Maintain monthly AIA billings with attention to sales/use tax guidelines

+ Creating and posting billing adjustments as required

+ Scanning, copying, filing

+ Active Participant in meeting monthly cash collections goals

+ Following up on all associated project paperwork: affidavits, general releases, changes orders, certified payrolls, WMBE reporting requirements

+ Collection call on outstanding receivables

+ Manage external web billing for clients

+ Diligently report and track pending change orders

+ Reporting results and trends

+ Tracking and obtaining change orders from our clients

+ Invoice Auditing support

+ Work with salesmen, project managers and foreman monthly to gather billing on a percentage or dollar value

+ Job costing and breakdown of billing

Qualifications:

+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a MUST

+ Working knowledge of AIA Requisitioning Documents a MUST

+ Prior experience/background in construction accounting and contract billing a plus

+ Solid organizational and time management skills is essential

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Individual must be detailed oriented

+ Strong collection background - communicating with the Accounting, Billing and Collections departments of our clients

+ College Degree in accounting or finance is preferred
