Syndicated Loan Deal Closer - Military Veterans

GLS is responsible for the front-to-back operational lifecycle management of our portfolio of corporate loans. This includes origination/loan deal closing, primary syndication, loan servicing, amendments, restructurings, and terminations.
UBS AG is looking for an experienced syndicated/direct lending corporate loan Deal Closer to join our Global Loan Services (GLS) team.

Responsibilities:
•Work with our Investment Bankers, internal stakeholders including Legal, Credit, Finance, Onboarding, and our Payments team to close new primary syndicated/bi-lateral corporate loans and new amendments where UBS is a Participant or Administrative Agent.
•Review Credit Agreements to ensure operational feasibility and correct deal set-up.
•Ensure all post close fees, revenue, and breaks are allocated and cleared.
•After a deal has closed, manage the portfolio of corporate loan deals and ensure all activities are processed timely and accurately.
•Where UBS is Administrative Agent, perform the relationship management support role with the Borrower to coordinate activity including interest/principal payments and answer any questions.
•Work directly with our vendor and offshore teams to provide ongoing support and lifecycle management of Agency loans.
•Respond promptly to inquiries from internal business partners and external clients.
•Lead and contribute to system and process enhancements and industry initiatives.
