Equity Plan Sales Executive, Workplace Wealth Solutions - Military Veterans

· develop and close a pipeline of Fortune 250 and large pre-IPO companies on the Workplace solution
· represent UBS to equity plan prospects and customers while cultivating and maintaining decision maker relationships within large companies, focusing on HR departments, executives, and employee stock plan administrators
· generate strategic, long-term close plans for prospects and rally internal business partners to partner throughout the sales process
· represent sales efforts to senior executives at UBS and partner with senior executives where appropriate to assist in deal progression and closing
· lead prospect negotiations and align with UBS legal and compliance organizations to ensure a successful closing
· team up with our marketing organization on events and account-based marketing plans for target prospects as well as collaborate with other internal counterparts to ensure a complete solution for equity plan prospects and clients
· analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
· identify issues that need to be resolved and collaborate on solutions as well as develop a direct knowledge of all UBS equity plan systems and setup procedures

  • Provide hybrid and remote full-time opportunities to the spouses of active-duty service members
  • Tailored training and development for military spouses
