Stratas Foods LLC is the leading supplier of fats and oils to the Foodservice, Food Ingredients and Retail Private Label markets in North America. Stratas foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM).

ACH, a division of Associated British Foods, contributed a portfolio of leading brands in the Foodservice and Food Ingredients industries, including Frymax, Mazola ZT, Whirl, Sweetex, Trisun, Tem-Tex, and Fenix Flakes. ACH also delivered a strong Retail bottled oils group, and an industry-leading external Sales and Broker network.

ADM, a publicly traded Fortune 50 company, contributed a North American production network with a long history of operational excellence, access to a global network of Procurement, Processing, and Transportation resources, and an expert commodity Sales force.
