National Equipment Dealers, LLC, [NED] is a large heavy equipment rental, sales, and services company with a long history of customer service and support. Now under one name, NED is represented across five states with nineteen locations throughout Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
National Equipment Dealers, LLC began as a strategic merger of two highly successful heavy equipment dealerships, MAY-RHI and Four Seasons Equipment. Since the company’s inception, NED strategically acquired additional companies with products and locations that matched the NED growth plan. In January of 2018, NED expanded to Florida with the acquisition of Earthmovers Construction Equipment. In October of 2021, NED expanded in South Carolina and Georgia with the acquisition of Richardson Service 1991 Inc. and Grove River Machinery. In September of 2022, NED expanded to the Atlanta, Georgia market with the acquisition of L & N Supply Company Inc. In February of 2023, NED added another two branches, in Macon and Douglas Georgia with the acquisition of Crosby Equipment Company, another leading Hyundai Construction Equipment Dealership. In June of 2024, NED added its nineteenth location in Jacksonville, Florida.
Our dealerships represent many brands of construction equipment, industrial equipment, and attachments.
