A Field Service Technician to join a leading manufacturing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electromechanical systems, including mechanical, electrical, optical, and software components. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and travel within a 50-mile radius of Los Angeles.
Qualified candidates should have at least one year of related experience and expertise in repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

responsibilities:
- Provide on-site, email, and telephone troubleshooting support for electromechanical systems
- Proactively monitor customer products using proprietary monitoring systems
- Respond to situations where standard procedures fail, offering effective solutions
- Communicate clear and concise written instructions to customers
- Collaborate with the documentation team to write knowledge base articles
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing multiple tasks
