Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.

• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.

• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.

• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
