主要工作职责Main responsibilities:

 参与和执行新生产项目的生产活动,以配合生产主管按时按量达成生产相关任务

Setup and successfully complete production activities, to achieve the production objectives with Production Supervisor effectively and with efficiency.

 遵守总部和当地的质量相关要求,严格遵守生产线的制造流程,操作规范和工作指导书要求.

Follow up the production process specification, SOP, and working instruction with respect to corporate and local quality requirement.

 督导生产线作业人员皆依公司发行之作业规范执行并随时检讨与改善.

Inspect production line workers to implement, review and improve at any time according to the operating norms issued by company.

 服从生产资源管理规划,包括生产调度和资源分配,以确保高的质量,效率和安全达成率.

Follow up the production management plan, including production schedule and work force allocation to ensure high quality, efficiency and safety.

 按照公司要求的医疗行业良好生产规范,执行洁净室的生产活动,清洁活动,清场活动,设备维护或场地维护活动(如有)等.

Compliance with company defined GMP aligning with Medical Industry; implement the production activities, cleanroom line cleaning, line clearance, and maintenance of production equipment or cleanroom area.

 积极主动的提交改善提案,得以改进生产效率和产品质量,有效降低生产成本.

Submit improved proposal energetically ,improve production efficiency and product quality, reduce production costs.

 及时发现与生产,质量和安全相关的异常现象和隐患,并报告给主管或工程师 .

Detect production, quality and safety-related deviation , hidden peril of the quality/safety issue, report to the supervisors or engineers.

 协助生产经理做好部门员工考勤,绩效的考核.

Assist production manager in charge of the production staff attendance, performance appraisal.

 直接主管指派的其他工作任务.

Accomplish other tasks as assigned

知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

教育背景Education

 高中,技校或以上学历,机电专业背景为佳

High school, technical school or above, experience in mechanical &electronic is preferred

工作经验Experience

 在制造业5年或以上的生产经验, 具有医疗行业GMP和洁净室工作经验者优先考虑

With above 5 years production experience in manufacturing, with GMP experience in medical industry and cleanroom is preferable

语言要求Language

 能进行简单地英语会话

Simple English conversation

 具有基础的英语阅读书写能力优先考虑

Basic English reading & written skill is preferable

技能要求Skills

 很好地理解生产,质量要求文件或工作指导书内容

Good understanding the production or quality SOP or working instruction

 熟悉基本的生产质量,安全异常处理流程

Familiar with basic deviation handling process for production, quality and safety..

 了解ISO9001,ISO13485,QSR,GMP等质量管理体系程序

Know basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR, GMP requirement.
