About the Opportunity
For our Global Delivery Organization (GDO) in Krakow we are currently looking for a Risk and Opportunity Manager, supporting the ITER project within Energy & Environment International Business Group.
In this role you will implement Risk and Opportunity Management (R&OM) strategy to systematically identify, prioritize, manage, and monitor risks and opportunities impacting the ITER Project. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including TROs, ROs, PCMs, and senior management, to review and assess opportunities according to defined criteria. Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Reviews: Conduct monthly reviews of Level 1 and Level 2 opportunities, and quarterly reviews for other opportunities.
- Cost Savings Meetings: Prepare and support monthly Cost Savings Project Team (CSPT) meetings.
- Opportunity Identification: Lead sessions to identify new opportunities and produce cost-benefit analyses for major opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate monthly Opportunity Dashboards and reports.
- Administration: Serve as the administrator for PROMC-WG (Schedule Opportunities) and CSPT (Cost Savings Opportunities) meetings.
Here's What You'll Need
- Experienced in Risk and Opportunity Management in major projects.
- Ability to demonstrate the elements of risk and opportunity management.
- Skilled in facilitating reviews and workshops, and developing and implementing mitigation/enhancement actions.
- Experienced in managing risks and opportunities for large projects with complex governance.
- Certification in R&OM by a recognized international professional association (e.g., APM/IRM) is desirable.
- Proficiency in English, as it is the project language.
- French is an asset

- Travel may be required on project site to Saint-Paul-lez-Durance, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
