Preschool Director - Military Veterans

As the Regional Preschool Director, you will drive enrollment, increase tuition revenue, and implement marketing strategies to ensure our preschools' long-term success. You will manage daily operations, financial planning, curriculum development, and staff performance while fostering a positive community for students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain families.

Drive enrollment growth through outreach and online marketing.

Set competitive tuition pricing and revenue goals.

Build relationships with local organizations.

Utilize digital marketing and social media to increase visibility.

Oversee advertising campaigns and promotional materials.

Host open houses and community events.

Manage tuition pricing models and annual budgets.

Identify additional revenue streams.

Monitor expenses and ensure financial sustainability.

Provide financial reports to the CEO and board.

Ensure smooth operations across all preschool locations.

Oversee enrollment, admissions, and student retention.

Supervise and evaluate staff performance.

Maintain compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with landlords for lease management.

Align curriculum with best practices.

Provide professional development for teachers and staff.

Foster a positive team culture.

Develop strong relationships with parents.

Organize parent-teacher conferences and events.

Represent the preschool in the community.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in preschool or childcare center management.

Strong expertise in marketing and enrollment growth strategies.

Background in financial planning and budgeting.

Knowledge of early childhood education regulations.
