QA Inspector role open now! 2+ years of experience preferred with:
-Conduct in process and final inspections in accordance with priorities established in the manufacturing/production plan.
- Assures product quality and manufacturing accuracy by properly using inspection equipment.
- Maintains product quality documentation by keeping accurate records and files.
- Ensures that product conforms to standards by correctly reading blueprints and applicable specifications and effectively using inspection measuring equipment.
- Able to perform open set ups for first piece inspections and validations.
- Performs First Article Inspections to AS9102 standards.
- Support non-conforming product procedures, first article inspections, source inspections, and audits.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret customer Blueprints, drawings, specs and standards
- Experience with First Article Processes and documentation
- Experience with quality equipment and calibration processes
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Communication Skills, both written and verbal
