Key Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
Strong technical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Exceptional written communication skills, including drafting professional emails and operating effectively in a global environment.

Experience:
5–7 years of accounting or controlling experience.
Solid understanding of accounting concepts and theories.
Proven ability to work with organizational management.
Experience collaborating with multi-functional and global teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor M3 experience preferred).

Responsibilities:

Support month-end close activities, particularly during the last two and first two business days of the month.
Prepare and review journal entries, ensure proper accruals, and provide accurate reporting.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain workpapers.
Conduct product costing reviews.
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Reach out to customers for past-due Accounts Receivables.
Manage supplier master data.
Collaborate with and provide backup for other accounting staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
