Repair Specialist - Military Veterans

Alpine Insulation is seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Specialist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting or finishing work.
- Work closely with project managers and supervisors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring job sites are left in excellent condition.
- Adhere to company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Repair and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in drywall hanging, taping, and plaster work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishing work.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders for extended periods. Candidates should be comfortable working in various weather conditions and construction environments. Additionally, the role involves frequent use of hand and power tools.
