Payroll Processor - Spanish

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Payroll Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for field facilities, addressing technical questions, auditing payroll data, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

Coordinate payroll processing, ensuring timely submission of complete and balanced paperwork and adherence to deadlines.
Monitor compliance with company policies, ensuring necessary approvals and sign-offs are obtained.
Collaborate to resolve payroll issues, answer questions, and address concerns with a focus on service excellence.
Stay informed about payroll/HR policies, federal, state, and local government regulations, and company guidelines to ensure compliance.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong knowledge of payroll administration, taxes, regulations, and payroll systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and relevant payroll software. ADP Workforce Now ideal!
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Strong focus on service excellence and teamwork with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish
3+ year payroll experience

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
