ALUMNI OFFICER - DATA AND SCHOLARSHIPS

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) seeks an Alumni Officer for Data and Scholarships within the Office of Advancement's Alumni Affairs team. The Alumni Officer is responsible for all alumni data, programming, stewardship, and scholarship information. The Alumni Officer will track and manage all lists, updates, and data mining. The incumbent will process and manage the "Growing up Green and Gold" program, the alumni scholarship programs, and complete stewardship responsibilities.

This position reports directly to the Director of Alumni Engagement.

This position is full-time, hybrid eligible after the probationary period.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Track and maintain all data, including list management, alumni updates, address updates, involvement updates, data mining, and volunteer modules

Track, manage and coordinate the "Growing up Green and Gold" program

Maintain stewardship efforts for designated programs

Execute all scholarship awarding and selection utilizing university program and other individual scholarships, maintain scholarship updates, and plan and execute the scholarship reception

Perform other duties as assigned

Annual Salary: $47,665 - $54,000

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, and/or Marketing or related field

2 years of experience

Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement

Must have a valid driver's license

Must be able to lift 30 lbs

Must be able to stand for an extended period of time during an event
