Overview
Electric Boat Information Technology (EBIT) has an opening in End User Services group at Groton.
Responsibilities of these roles within EBIT D604 include:
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform with integrations to M365 Suite
- Development of sustainable, innovative and cost effective business solutions in support of Electric Boat IT initiatives including but not limited to M365 migration/implementation
- Providing technical guidance and EB project management and oversight in support of IT service vendor project efforts
- Providing technical and administrative IT support for EB end users and coordination of IT service delivery as necessary
- Investigation of new technologies to deliver effective tools to the Electric Boat workforce
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Programming / Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python
- 0 - 4 years of related experience (this is an Entry Level position)
- 2 to 3 years of experience with M365 migration/implementation
- Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management(ITSM)/ Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Ability to research and propose technical solutions to support business requirements
- The ability to work independently and as a member of functional work teams
- Effectively communicate at technical and non-technical levels
