The Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative is responsible for managing and converting incoming sales leads. This role includes responding to inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, a proactive sales approach, and a strong desire to help customers.

Key Responsibilities:


• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.


• Qualify leads and determine the appropriate product/service to meet their needs.


• Build relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions.


• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.


• Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve lead quality and sales processes.


• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.


• Provide information about products/services, order status, and other customer-related queries.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or personnel.


• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.


• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.


Qualifications:


• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.


• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Proficient in customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


Preferred Skills:


• Experience in a similar industry or market.


• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.


• SAP experience is a PLUS


• Experience preferred in the industry (Industrial / Electrical)
