Electrical Technician II has key responsibility for maintaining/repairing facility electrical systems including lighting/power distribution panels, lighting/power wiring, lighting fixtures/controls, etc. Jobholder designs and installs changes/adds to electrical systems in small scale renovations and additions to buildings. Jobholder assists HVAC technicians with HVAC electrical equipment maintenance and repair. Education Required: High school diploma or GED Certificate. Current NC Limited or Journeyman Electrician's License with 10 years journeyman/apprentice experience in commercial-industrial maintenance; or a Diploma in Electrical Technology with 6 years' experience in commercial-industrial maintenance; or Associate degree in Electrical Installation/Maintenance Technology with 4 years' experience in commercial-industrial maintenance.
