Experience:
- 2-3 years of sales or sales development experience.
- Previous management experience.

What will you be doing?
WWT has an exciting leadership opportunity for a candidate that is passionate about developing WWT's next generation of Sales leaders. The selected candidate will coach and develop their direct team to produce the future sales leaders at WWT. In this role, the Team Lead will foster relationships with Sales Leaders within their territory. They will also be responsible for working directly with Client Development leadership and cross-functional teams to produce ongoing training for the continued growth and development of their teams. This person will play an instrumental role and have a noticeable impact on the sales team's success by training staff how to qualify and produce opportunities and that lead to revenue and GP.
Core Responsibilities:
WWT Knowledge:
- Enforce, practice, and uphold WWT's Core Values and Integrated Management & Leadership concepts.
- Collaborate with the Region and Account Teams in regional meetings, and strategically execute on initiatives.
- Effectively communicate the WWT Pitch and WWT's go-to-market strategy.
- Learn WWT differentiators and key competitors.
- Possess a passion for learning focused on the details of WWT's associated solutions, markets served, service offerings and strategic partners.
Coaching:
- Perform quarterly and annual employee assessments for each direct report.
- Desire to train, teach, and mentor early in career sales professionals and assist them in growing their sales career.
- Coach and develop regional Client Development Associates, working with Regional Managers and Client Managers to create strategic outreach plans that meet the goals of the region.
- Train Client Development Associates within assigned geographical region how to develop strategic lead generation plans that meet the needs of the business.
- Understands what it means to prospect into pursuit accounts and transacting accounts.
- Hold CDA's to high level of accountability and professionalism -- performing activities towards metrics and meeting expectations.
- Ability to coach in real-time and provide constructive feedback to direct reports regarding behavioral and business goals.
- Drive business within the region by ensuring teams are following Client Development best practices.
- Communicate with Sales Leadership: strategy plans, measures of success, team results and reports.
Leadership:
- Take the initiative to operate beyond your role and help the team improve the process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business.
- Consistently improve and enforce Salesforce hygiene for data accuracy, tracking and reporting
- Work towards both WWT's and the Client Development Team's mission of becoming a consultative, value-based technology leader by leveraging workforce transformation and developing the next generation of sales professionals through methodical and thoughtful management of the Client Development Associates as they move from "Program to Production."
- Retention: Retain employees and ensure sustainability by keeping your team engaged and inspired. Forecast future budgets and staffing needs as needed.
- Progression: Coach and mentor Client Development Team to progress towards being the next generation of sales professionals at WWT
- Production: Works with Client Development Team and Regional Leadership to align CDAs to pursuit and/or expansion accounts where CDA will be responsible for correlating activity to GP
