Senior Requirements Database Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Providing Systems Engineering and programmatic support for the evaluation of new concepts and designs for SLBM groups at NSWCDD supporting Strategic Systems Programs.
- Performing a range of analysis or review tasks related to new designs and implementations of the Fire Control System for SLBM.
- Coordinating and working closely with other engineering and management disciplines to support design reviews.
- Supporting System Engineering related meetings and track project status.
- Developing, maintaining and producing technical documentation and design artifacts.
- Direct interfacing and liaising with customers at all levels, providing systems engineering/analysis support.
- Verifying and complying with engineering documentation standards related to SPALT Developments.
- Performing all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of a demonstrated knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the SOW, including the qualifications below.
- ten years of systems requirements analysis, decomposition documentation, and management experience including experience related to the identification, analysis, and documentation of complex systems involving shipboard Navy weapon systems.
- Six years of concurrent experience utilizing DOORS and System Architect, and/or other architecture tools, for requirements development and management. Experience with other related engineering environment disciplines such as configuration management, test and evaluation, software engineering and design, and familiarization with complex weapons, combat, and/or fire control systems requirements management products.
- Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
