Position Summary:
Great company in Irvine, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the Contracts Administration team.
This is an excellent position for someone is looking to grow as a professional and to learn about the homebuilding
industry. The ideal candidate will be excited to learn new things, be able to research, ask questions and to love working with a close-knit team.

About the Company: This company is a real estate developer focused on repositioning underutilized real estate into residential and mixed-use housing in supply constrained coastal urban infill areas. They are a leader in sustainable construction and the pioneer of the solar all-electric home movement in California. The company owns or controls over 10,000 lots across California. They have 25+ active projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and is rapidly expanding, which offers significant professional development and growth opportunities to its professional staff.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Process tasks assigned by Purchasing Department
• Keep workflow fluid between office and homebuilding sites
• Some filing
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
• Team-oriented, shows ownership of assigned tasks; works well independently and with a team.
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks at same time and meet deadlines
• Strong MS Office Suite skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to research and ask great questions
