UAS Analyst - Military Veterans

We are seeking a UAS Analyst to provide operational analysis and subject matter expertise in support of unmanned aerial system (UAS) operations. The analyst will assist in mission planning, operational assessments, and data analysis to enhance UAS effectiveness and integration into military operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational analysis of UAS missions to optimize performance and effectiveness.
- Support mission planning, flight operations, and post-mission assessments.
- Provide insights on UAS tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for military applications.
- Analyze operational data to improve system performance and mission outcomes.
- Coordinate with military units, contractors, and government agencies on UAS operational needs.
- Develop reports, briefings, and recommendations to improve UAS deployment and sustainment.
- Assist in training and operational integration of UAS into existing military frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with military and DoD regulations for UAS operations.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years Military experience, preferably in UAS operations, aviation, or intelligence roles OR,
- Experience with Group 2-5 UAS platforms (e.g., MQ-9, RQ-7, Shadow, ScanEagle).
- Understanding of military operational planning and execution.
- Familiarity with UAS command and control (C2) systems, sensors, and payloads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and briefings.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A current DoD Secret security clearance is required, current DoD Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
- Experience with UAS mission software, ISR operations, or electronic warfare.
- Background in operational test and evaluation (OT&E) or training development.
- Prior experience working with DoD or defense contractors on UAS integration.
