Senior Product Manager - Medical Device Manufacturing Solutions - Military Veterans

We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to join our TrackWise Manufacturing offering team. In this individual contributor role, you will drive product strategy for our innovative medical device manufacturing solutions with a focus on reducing the cost of compliance through tight integration with TrackWise Digital. Reporting to the Offering Management Director, you will focus on optimizing Device History Records (DHR), Device Master Records (DMR), and quality management processes across the medical device manufacturing lifecycle. Your expertise in medical device manufacturing and quality documentation will be instrumental in developing solutions that streamline compliance activities, reduce overhead costs, and improve operational efficiency for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive market research to identify key segments and opportunities within medical device manufacturing for integrated compliance solutions
Build compelling business cases and ROI models for offerings that reduce the cost of compliance through TrackWise Digital integration
Develop and execute Voice of Customer (VOC) plans to gather deep insights on DHR, DMR, and quality management pain points
Analyze VOC data to prioritize feature requirements and market opportunities
Create product epics, user stories, and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and development teams
Develop go-to-market strategies that clearly articulate value proposition and competitive differentiation
Partner with customer marketing to create targeted content, case studies, and messaging that highlight compliance cost reduction
Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the integration between manufacturing operations and quality systems
Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process
Monitor regulatory landscape, industry trends, and competition to ensure offering positioning remains relevant
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
Focus Areas
Streamlining DHR and DMR processes through digital transformation
Integration between manufacturing execution and quality management systems
Reducing compliance overhead through automated data transfer between systems
Optimizing audit readiness and traceability across the product lifecycle
Enhancing non-conformance, CAPA, and deviation management through system integration
Designing user experiences that simplify compliance activities for manufacturing personnel
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
7+ years of relevant experience in medical device manufacturing, quality systems, or product-related roles
Required: Hands-on experience with DHR, DMR, and quality documentation in regulated medical device environments
Strong understanding of medical device manufacturing processes and compliance requirements
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
Proven track record in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to build successful solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear business value
Strong analytical skills for business case development and ROI modeling
WE VALUE
Experience with TrackWise Digital or other quality management systems
Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) in medical device environments
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, EU MDR, and other medical device regulations
Background in manufacturing quality or regulatory affairs
Experience with product management or offering management methodologies
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing operations
History of successfully bringing new solutions to market
Understanding of UDI (Unique Device Identification) implementation and tracking
Travel Requirements
This position requires moderate travel for customer visits, industry events, and internal collaboration meetings.

Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $181,000-225,000
