The front office receptionist is an integral and important part of our team. It is the first impression of our commitment to service and professionalism to our clients and employees.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of Receptionist experience or customer service
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
- Driver’s license and proof of insurance ~Driving is part of your responsibilities and you need a reliable car.
- Attention to detail
- Welcoming and professional demeanor
- Business dress
- Multi-Tasker
- Comfortable with multiple phones lines
- High School graduate or GED equip
- 8 Hour shift. Overtime may be required.
- Full time in-house position.
- Professional office dress.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phone calls; multiple lines – transferring calls to correct departments
- Filling (sorting, filling in correct files)
- Answer front door (receiving packages, being attentive and observant of all visitors)
- Speaking with tenants about their complaints or issues
- Type 24 Hour notices
- Type nuisance notices and send to tenants – make notes in the Yardi system
- Review utility bills and correspond with accounts payable
- Track water bills
- Pick/up drop off mail
- Bank runs (when needed)
- Receive faxes / drop off carrier packages
