WHAT OUR VICE PRESIDENT, HEAD OF STUDIO ENJOY MOST
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing creative, design, and production team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Shaping brand messaging, creative output, and cross-channel campaign execution to align with business goals.
- Overseeing the development of brand identity, design systems, and creative assets to maintain consistency and innovation.
- Establishing efficient, scalable processes and workflows to deliver high-quality creative work on time and within budget.
- Implementing digital asset management (DAM) systems and optimize creative operations with AI-powered tools.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business objectives while collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, and multicultural marketing specialists to enhance creative capabilities.
You’ll actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by staying ahead of industry trends and championing the use of emerging tools, bringing innovation to the team and optimizing creative impact. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Experience leading an in-house creative team or agency, with a focus on brand, design, and production. Strong background in brand development, creative strategy and operational excellence 10+ years
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, design or related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
- Technical skills: Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and automation in design and content production. Experience developing brand identity, design systems, and high-performance creative assets. Strong experience in cross-channel marketing, including digital, social, print, and video. Expertise in process optimization, workflow automation, and digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can balance creativity with operational efficiency, ensuring both innovation and effectiveness.
