Job Summary:
The Gatton College of Business and Economics is seeking a Computer Support Specialist I to provide comprehensive technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with classroom and event technology, and help maintain a secure computer fleet through imaging and routine maintenance. Responsibilities include supporting distance learning tools like Zoom, coordinating equipment setup for college events, and ensuring day-to-day technology operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is an organized problem-solver with strong communication skills, a self-starter eager to learn, and someone who values working closely with users to deliver a positive support experience.
