In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the College may consider applicants with an associate degree, relevant work experience, professional licensure, certifications, or other demonstrated competencies in the subject area. Ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with students, peers, supervisors, and staff.Willingness to teach and communicate using a variety of instructional methods, including email and online learning management systems.Commitment to meeting students' learning needs and empowering them to succeed.Personal and educational philosophy that aligns with the mission, values, goals, and objectives of Central Ohio Technical College.Successful completion of a background check is required. Preferred Qualifications: A master's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the subject area, a related field, or a master's degree in education.
