About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented ERP & Business Systems Coordinator to help optimize our software and processes. If you enjoy working with different business tools, solving system inefficiencies, and improving workflows, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in technology and operations.

Our team recently implemented Fishbowl + WooCommerce, but we’re still working through some configuration challenges. With our busy season approaching, we need someone who can jump in, learn quickly, and help ensure our systems run smoothly. You’ll work closely with leadership and different teams to troubleshoot issues, improve reporting, and make sure our technology supports the business effectively.

What You'll Do
Support ERP & software operations – Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing Fishbowl, WooCommerce, and other business tools
Improve system efficiency – Identify ways to better use features, automate processes, and streamline reporting
Assist with problem-solving – Help diagnose system issues and implement practical solutions
Collaborate with teams – Work with Ecommerce, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth workflows
Help with reporting & data management – Organize system data and generate reports to support decision-making
Learn & grow – Develop a strong understanding of ERP systems and business operations
Who You Are
Tech-savvy & eager to learn – You’re comfortable with different software platforms and excited to build your skills
Problem-solver – You like finding and fixing inefficiencies in systems and processes
Detail-oriented & organized – You can manage multiple tasks and ensure accuracy in data and workflows
Proactive & independent – You take initiative, ask questions, and are willing to dive into challenges
Basic experience with ERPs or business software is a plus – If you’ve worked with Fishbowl, WooCommerce, or similar platforms, that’s a bonus!
