Job Title: Receptionist

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role requires experience in reception, mailroom operations, and hospitality. Responsibilities include escorting visitors/vendors and handling mailroom tasks. The position involves extensive walking and requires basic laptop proficiency.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay rate: $19-$20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional reception experience
- Escort visitors and vendors as needed
- Handle mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail/packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and mailroom area
- Assist with hospitality functions, such as setting up meetings and coordinating supplies
- Perform administrative tasks using a laptop
- Engage in extensive walking to fulfill job duties
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and guests
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred)
- Background in facilities operations is a plus
