Job Title: Escrow Officer
Location: San Diego, CA
Job Type: Temporary (2 months)
We are seeking an Escrow Officer with 1-3 years of experience to handle key responsibilities in the escrow process.
Responsibilities:
- Review HUDs for approval and communicate with closing coordinators.
- Assist with title clearance, policy requests, and document review.
- Support the Disbursements Department as needed.
- Manage customer service calls and work with closing teams to resolve issues.
- Assist with post-closing tasks.
- Maintain an active Escrow Officer license, including attending required training sessions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of escrow experience
- Knowledge of title clearance, HUD review, and escrow procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple teams
- Must hold and maintain an Escrow Officer license
