To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Planning Administrator located in Austin, TX.

Work Shift: 6am-2:30 pm Mon-Fri

What a Typical Day looks Like:

1. Open SMT Schedule and do the Completion report for all lines.

2. Pull completions from In & Out report and Pass Downs from the prior day

3. Report the completions vs. Schedule attainment

4. Update and Roll the schedule with completions and reset the daily numbers

5. Attend the Production Meeting (10:00) 1 hour

6. Attend Scheduling Meeting (11:00) 1 hour and go over the current plan and update request for SMT Schedule.

7. Screen kits from the SMT Request file and Schedule on the schedule file if clean.

7a If shortages are found, send email to Material Planning for updates.

8. Once kits are clean and released, add the PO and Hours to the Schedule Board
