Inside Sales Representative II-Fire Safety - Military Veterans

As an Inside Sales Representative II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets within our Fire Safety group. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. Your expertise in inside sales and your ability to effectively communicate and negotiate will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

You will report directly to our Director, Sales and will work a hybrid schedule out of our Atlanta, GA or Northford, CT office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is 60k-80k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

  • 2+ years of experience inside sales or similar role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
