Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled grinder/machiner to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in machining or manufacturing, with a strong focus on grinding techniques. This role requires excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to ensure optimal machine performance and adherence to production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate grinding machines to produce precision parts and components.
- Adhere to quality assurance protocols and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on grinding machines to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a machining or manufacturing environment, preferably as a grinder.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
