Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our legal office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including hiring, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training and development programs for staff.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of wages.
Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
