We are looking for a bilingual Escrow Clerk in Maitland, FL!
Language required: English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
Pay: $19/hour
Temp to perm
This role requires collecting deed backs instead of foreclosing on some of the mortgages and this requires a little persuasion and explanation to the owners.
Duties:
- In charge of all of the mortgage satisfactions for the company
- Generates and follows up on deed backs for accounts in default
- Uploads DocuSign documents into the virtual vault
- Takes calls or responds to customer inquiries via email or our portal texting
Requirements:
- Real Estate/Mortgage/Title or Timeshare background preferred
- Must be comfortable on the phone to talk to customers if needed
- Must be dependable
- Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese
- Must be able to type accurately and reasonably fast
