Service Porter - Military Veterans

A Service Porter helps ensure complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles in and around the service area/lot, maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles and the service area, delivering vehicles to customers after service is complete, and transporting customers to/from their home when needed.
Essential Functions
- Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations
- Helps with pickup and delivery of customer units.
- Helps with overall cleanliness of facility and shop to include service drive facilities.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
- Moves vehicles around the facility as requested for customers dropping off and picking up their units.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Test drive cars as needed.
- Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Must have a valid state license.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Previous porter experience a plus.
- Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
