Starting Wage Range: $18.85/hr with increases after 90 days
Shift(s) Available: 1st and 2nd
(1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM, 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM - Must be able to work any shift)

Primary duties include:
Safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set-up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery. Responsibiliti es include, but are not limited to:
* Operating manufacturing equipment/powe red equipment and tools
* Working safely and complying with all safety regulations, processes and procedures.
* Following specific directions
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work any shift or schedule in a 2-shift operation, as well as overtime as required both daily and/or weekly.
* Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds (+/-) consistently, as well as pushing, pulling, manipulating knobs and buttons, crouching, bending, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive motions.
* Must have reliable transportation
* Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
