Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in programming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be proficient in creating and editing CNC programs. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision and accuracy in all machining tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.
Create and edit CNC programs to ensure efficient machining operations.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
Proficiency in CNC programming (e.g., G-code, CAD/CAM software).
Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
