Job Summary
As a Shop Fitter, you will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and repair of various steel and metal components at our production facility. Your hands-on expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately fabricate and assemble steel and metal components
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to cut, shape, and fit steel and metal parts
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on existing steel and metal structures and equipment
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the manufacturing process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fitter, with a strong understanding of steel and metal fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
