In this rolw you'll be responsible for managing and facilitating Customer Advisory Council (CAC) for ACS division, a group of strategic customers who provide insights and guidance on corporate strategies, products, and services. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with key customers and ensuring their feedback informs business decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage the Customer Advisory Council, including defining its purpose, structure, and objectives.

  • Recruit and select council members, ensuring a diverse representation of key customers.

  • Organize regular council meetings, including setting agendas that align with both company objectives and customer interests.

  • Facilitate engaging and productive discussions during meetings, encouraging open dialogue and feedback.

  • Ensure meetings are well-documented, with clear action items and follow-ups.

  • Act as the primary contact between the council and internal stakeholders, communicating customer insights to inform product development, marketing strategies, and corporate initiatives.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align council activities with the company's strategic goals.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with council members, providing updates on how their feedback has influenced company actions.

  • Develop initiatives to keep members engaged between meetings, such as newsletters, surveys, or exclusive previews of new products.

  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of the council and its impact on business outcomes.

  • Regularly evaluate the council's performance and implement improvements as needed.


Education & Experience Recommended
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $104 800 up to $149 350annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
