Where you'll work: Based out of our Dorval-QC office 3 days per week and 2 days out of your home office.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a technical resource for inquiries relating to our chemical products

• Work in support of Sales team on projects and opportunities to support market share growth within the region

• Complete documentation and questionnaires from our pharmaceutical, food and sanitation customers

• Act as a technical liaison between the suppliers and the customers

• Interact with customers and suppliers Quality Assurance departments in order to help our customer to meet the pharmaceutical and food industry requirements

• Contact suppliers, Univar divisions and warehouses to manage requests for our customers

• Maintain our database of technical information regarding our products

• Back up for other technical services personnel

What you’ll need:

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field is required

• Must have proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite

• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English

• Must be a self-starter and self-motivator

• Must have the ability to multitask, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

• Previous technical support, sales or customer service experience an asset
